What data do you need to have for each product?

✅ Product Titles – clear, concise, and informative.
✅ Product Descriptions – optimized for both sales and searchability.
✅ High-Quality Images – multiple product images from different angles, preferably with a white background and a resolution of at least 1000x1000 pixels.
✅ Product Characteristics & Attributes – size, weight, material, color, technical specifications, SKU, barcodes (EAN, UPC, etc.), HS codes etc.
✅ Supporting Documentation – if applicable, this includes safety certificates, user manuals, warranty details, and compliance documents needed for customs clearance and product approvals in certain markets.

Don't worry if you don’t have your data perfectly structured yet. Merkana will help you with guidelines and tools to organize and optimize your product data efficiently before expanding.

Once you have the data, you either upload it in Merkana or we pull it automatically through our built-in integrations with sales channels.

Then you choose which are the countries you want to sell online to. You also select the preferred sales channels (marketplaces or ecommerce websites) available there.

You translate automatically the content with our AI-powered translation module. You check for common mistakes and when you are done, you send products'data to the channels you've chosen.

That's it, you are ready to sell!
